Terms of service

1. Using BerryBox

BerryBox CI is operated by Strawberry Labs LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of our website, CI runners, dashboard, API, CLI and MCP tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a team or business, you must have authority to do so.

You must have permission to connect repositories and run their workflows. Keep your account, API keys and GitHub access secure. You are responsible for actions taken through access you grant to people or agents. Contact admin@strawberrylabs.net about unauthorized access.

2. CI jobs and access

BerryBox is available through self-service signup. Connect your GitHub organization, select private repositories and add prepaid credit to run jobs. Each job uses a disposable Linux runner. Available sizes, regional capacity, job timeouts and concurrency limits are shown in the dashboard or documentation. Capacity can be queued and cold starts can occur; a higher plan does not reserve machines.

You are responsible for reviewing your workflow permissions, third-party actions, code and secrets. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, malware, cryptocurrency mining, spam, network attacks or activities that violate law or another person’s rights. Public repositories and fork pull-request execution are not supported in this release.

3. Pricing and prepaid credit

Prices are in US dollars. Add prepaid credit before running jobs. We charge measured job runtime at the rate for the selected runner size, without rounding up to a whole minute. Queue time and runner startup are free. Customer-code failures still use billable runtime; failures identified as caused by the provider are free. Charges are recorded in micro-dollars, rounded up to the next micro-dollar per job.

New jobs require enough available credit and budget to cover their maximum runtime. We temporarily reserve that amount and release the unused portion when the job is settled. Credit is for BerryBox services, is not transferable and is not a bank deposit. Unused credit rolls over. Applicable taxes and the final payment total are shown at Checkout.

4. Monthly commitments

Pay as you go has no recurring subscription. If you choose Build, the $100 monthly subscription renews until cancelled and adds $100 of CI credit after each successful payment. It raises the published team limits; runner usage is deducted at the same rates. Cancel renewal from Billing before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal payments; remaining paid credit stays in your account. Failed or expired paid periods return the team to pay-as-you-go limits.

5. Refunds

Payments are final. We do not offer refunds for top-ups, unused prepaid credit or subscription payments, including when you stop using the service or cancel renewal. To request an exception or report a billing error, email admin@strawberrylabs.net with your team and payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually and do not guarantee a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Billing corrections and any approved refunds are reflected in the credit ledger.

6. Your code and data

You keep ownership of your code and other content. You authorize us and the providers needed to deliver BerryBox to process that content for running jobs, displaying results, support, security and billing. Keep your own copies of source code and important artifacts. GitHub controls its workflow logs, artifacts and Actions cache under its own retention settings. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Availability and suspension

We aim to provide a reliable service, but there is no guaranteed startup time, uninterrupted availability or service-level agreement. We may pause new jobs or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, payment issues or violations of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction or charge is incorrect. Ending access does not create an automatic refund entitlement, subject to the rights in section 5.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and future prices. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact before they take effect. Changes do not alter charges already incurred. UAE law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
